In the last few weeks, we have been lucky enough to be working side by side with the Radically crew Dan Teo, Matthew Laing and Marlene Stroj-Rullo . One of the things we are supporting a client with is developing #crossfunctional teams as part of a #transformationalchange programme.
In a #crossfunctional team, team members from various departments with different skill sets come together to work on a project or reaching for a common goal. The benefits of working cross-functionally are numerous including building a collaborative culture, team members learning from one another, promoting employee engagement, and keeping work interesting. All in all, cross-functional teams are more productive. Take a look at this vid we developed on cross-functional teams and let us know your thoughts in the comments.
