Guy formed ValueKey in 2018 with a desire to create a bespoke consultancy that really delivered value to its clients, helping them unlock their organisation’s potential. He wanted to use the ValueKey team’s deep experience and knowledge in portfolio, programme and project management to tackle clients’ unique challenges, bring new ideas and a fresh way of thinking about project management. 

The team are passionate about getting stuck in, working alongside our client’s, understanding their pain points and designing a solution that is practical for both the organisation and its people.

ValueKey’s long term relationships with its clients allow ValueKey to witness and be part of their maturity journey, supporting them along the way and celebrating their successes.

When it comes to experience, there’s nobody quite like Guy. Balancing 25 years of delivery and consulting experience, with his 12 years of working in London’s financial service market, Guy is as versatile as he is deeply passionate about what he does.


It’s his passion for design thinking, agile, hybrid to more predictive methods that places Guy as one of New Zealand’s leading project delivery experts – with a specialism in helping organisations develop next-gen EPMO capabilities.


Beyond this, Guy boasts an unrivalled track record for delivering organisational capability uplifts across both the public and private sector.

Tracie Castillo

In short, Tracie personifies ‘versatility’, having brought her expertise to clients across South Africa, New Zealand, and the UK, spanning a breadth of industries and company sizes. It’s something she’s built a reputation for as a certified PRINCE2 practitioner, with almost two decades of experience in PMOs, programme and project management.


As a PMO Analyst by title, we think of Tracie as the driving force, accelerating continuous improvement, while maintaining a strong operational and delivery focus. It’s her bread and butter, with a deeply held passion for driving change by unleashing the power of PMOs.


From banking, financial services, diary, and government administration to technology, telecommunications and education management, there are few industries Tracie hasn’t helped deliver transformations in.
