How we do it
We begin first by discussing your organisation’s needs and what level of PMO maturity best fits you – now and in the future. We define the key stakeholders who will take part in the assessment and communicate a plan of engagement.
We undertake the assessment utilising our developed maturity matrix which evaluates Governance, Integration and Alignment, Processes, Technology and Data, and People. Through this lens, we can establish your current level of PMO maturity.
Together, we will discuss the results of the assessment. Create a roadmap tailored to fit the level of maturity you want to achieve. We can also help support the implementation of the recommendations to ensure the changes are onboarded, improving the likelihood of success.
Practitioner Competency Assessments

How we do it
We begin by defining what competencies your projects need, both technical and behavioural. We establish the level of skill required by the role. We then determine the assessment model required and identify the individuals who will take part in the assessment.
Utilising the defined model, individual assessments are undertaken. This will provide a complete picture of each team member’s level of competency. The project roles assessed will be those discussed in our engagement phase and can range from project coordinators to programme directors or portfolio managers.
The final report provides a radar of competencies, identifying strengths and development opportunities for each individual. We provide individualised PDPs with recommendations for career development goals created with support from line managers.
